How do I find my way around UVP? I am always getting lost.

What are the official park hours?
WINTER (Nov 1 — Apr 30): 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. SUMMER (May 1 — Oct 31): 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Where can I park my car?

Are there bathroom facilities available?
Portable restrooms are available at Vindicator and South Rockrimmon parking lots.
What wildlife will I encounter?
Deer, bobcat, bear, mountain lions, and rattlesnakes are active within the wildland. Never engage with wildlife. Respect their habitat by staying on trails and giving abundant space.
What should I do if I see a rattlesnake?
Stay calm, maintain distance, and do not agitate. UVP is an active wildlife habitat; stay on designated trails to minimize encounters.
